How To Send Mpesa Statement To Bayes In 2023

To get your Bayes loan limit, you will be required to send your 6-month Mpesa statement to statements@bayes.co.ke

To do so, you will be required to follow the steps outlined below.

1. If you are initially subscribed to receive Mpesa statements to your personal email address, you will be required to amend this email address to direct to statements@bayes.co.ke.

2. After effecting the above, you need to generate a 6-month Mpesa statement. To do this, kindly follow the below instructions.

• Dial *234#
• Select Option 5: Mpesa Information
• Select Option 1: Mpesa Statement
• Select Option 1: Full statement
• Select option 2: Last 6 Months

Once successful, you will receive an SMS confirmation stating that your M-Pesa statement has been sent to statements@bayes.co.ke
