How To Send/Transfer And Deposit Money From Mpesa To Ecobank Account

To transfer money from your Mpesa account to Ecobank bank account, follow the steps below.

Via SIM Toolkit

1. Go to phone SIM toolkit
2. Navigate to the Safaricom menu and click on ‘M-PESA’
3. Select Lipa Na M-PESA
4. Choose the Paybill option
5. Enter the Paybill number 700201
6. For account number, enter your Ecobank bank account number
7. Enter the amount to be transferred
8. Enter your M-PESA pin
9. Confirm that all details are correct and press ‘OK’.

Via mySafaricom App

1. Download the mySafaricom app from the Google Playstore
2. Tap on the M-PESA menu
3. Select Lipa na M-PESA
4. Choose Pay Bill
5. Enter the Business No as 700201
6. Enter the Account Number as your Ecobank bank account number
7. Enter the amount to be transferred
8. Click Continue
9. Confirm the details in confirmation message prompt and click Send
10. Enter your M-PESA pin
